ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SARA LAXBL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
SARA LAXBL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
