Due to the nature of our collections and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selections made during checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a request, please provide:

• Clear photos of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• Store credit
• Exchange for the same item (if available)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Washed items
